Axe Cop exists for one and only one reason; to chop bad guy's heads off. He seems to be a police officer, although based on the sheer volume of violence he perpetrates against "bad guys", often in full view of the public, he must be accountable to no one. Axe Cop's backstory is better told by the television program on FOX. In fact, watch it! Watch it now! Or I'll chop your heads off!!! It's shown in a one hour block of cartoons called ADHD (Animation Domination High Definition).

Although he does whatever he wants, whenever he wants, Axe Cop get sparse assistance from a group of cohorts. Flute Cop is his partner on the police force, a tubby, donut-hoarding goof with a magic flute. Gray Diamond is another goof with a questionably gay outfit and a huge cut diamond for a hat. He's a complete idiot with a big mouth, not so dissimilar to American Senators and Congressmen. Sockarang is another idiot, with extra long socks for arms. He is voiced by Patton Oswalt.
