And by "high", we mean having ingested marijuana. See, sometimes an article needs improvement, and a person who happens to be high will stumble along and add pics, links, text... maybe make some corrections... while high. So, when high, a dude will make a decision to maybe get high, and other times a dude might not be high, but get high, and then edit the article... um, the one where the thing happens when the dude knocks at the door... wait, what? uh... what was I saying?
