A constitution is a document in which tells a country what they can and can't do. It is not to be confused with THE CONSTITUTION which has everything that all them others don't. The first constitution was Idiot and signed Great Britain into a stupid hair day until the Magna Carta, when that gave power to the extremely wealthy. So, I am an anarchist and I say, SCREW CONSTITUTIONS!
