Flippity floppity floop is the house. It's the latest, coolest thing gay people are calling "the house". Well, at least Mr. Garrison and Mr. Slave.
We ought to digress. Mr. Garrison and Mr. Slave went over to Chef's house, all in a huff, because South Park was going metrosexual. The pair was incensed because they'd been struggling all their lives to be different from heterosexuals. They wanted to know how blacks, Chef in particular, handled others appropriating black culture.
Chef advised them to just stay ahead of the curve. He gave the example of the word house. When blacks were saying "Hizzy", soon whites were saying it. So they changed it to "Hizzous". Then whites were saying that, so they changed it to "Hizzle". Then whites were saying that, so they changed it to "Hizzle Fazizzle". And so forth.
They ended up going to New York to kill the cast of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy , who turned out to be crab people, and were actually killed by the wives of South Park men who'd become sissies.
