This person is some random dude who just had 2 popular kids. One of his sons, Atopius, invented fried chicken and created KFC, and the other one, which has the same name but with 2 I's is the father of Julius Caesar.
He was born in 160 BC. He was barely an adult by the time Atopius was born. He married Marcia and died in 122 BC after he evaporated by going on the sun, thinking he would be blessed by his gods. He was pretty mid compared to the rest of his family.
