"That's ridiculous, you're not going to get hit by a train. Not at the hospital."

"Oh good. Well, can you test me for getting hit by a train syndrome?"

"I don't even know what that is."

[Patient is hit by a train.]

"Doctor, I think I have getting hit by a train syndrome."

"Really? What makes you think that?"

"I just know. You know?"

"Well, take these pills twice a--"

[Patient is hit by a train.]

"Doc, you gotta help me. I think I have getting hit by a train syndrome."

"That's nonsense. There are no trains here."

"Oh phew. I'm glad I live in an area with no--"

[Patient is hit by a truck.]

"Another successful checkup! You're free to go."

"Thanks, Doctor. I was really worried about--"

[Patient is hit by a train.]

"I'm afraid you have getting hit by a train syndrome."

"Oh no! Is there any--"

[Patient and doctor are hit by a train.]

"Train!"

"What?"

[Train.]

"In all my years of medical training, I've never seen--"

[Patient is hit by the doctor's years of medical training.]

[Trains don't talk.]

[A train drives into the side of the hospital.]

[The train driver rides off into the sunset.]
