Another guy is just this other guy who no one is aware of. Commonly referred to in quotes such as:

“Go cry on Another guy's shoulder, not mine.”
~ Some guy

And:

“There's another guy you're going out with?”
~ Some other guy

He has more than one name, and some of his other names include: "WHO?", "Wait, what?" and "Another guy....?"
