No, he didn't cut it up with his 20 foot sword, you silly. He teamed a bunch of Iranians, and advised them to explode Pluto. They were like "wtf", and Clancy said, "Yes. Blow up Pluto." And they said, "OK".

Just like everyone else does stuff. To be cool. And it made him cool. He blowed up Pluto.
