The map seems to be completely blank. I guess it doesn't cover this level of the building.
You are still in the same narrow east-west corridor with slimy stone walls and a slippery floor, and I'm still not sure why you can see any of this, since there seems to be no source of light.
There is a shallow puddle a few feet to the east.
