You and Tom enter the building through the now-welcoming front doors.

The lobby looks about the same, except for the sign on the bin of dead cats. It now reads "Cattus mortuis. Take as many as you need (after filing three copies of form 765-C with the receptionist)."

You look at the receptionist. She's reading a different book -- it looks like "Why Rules Matter" by Confucius.

There's a sheet of paper, a pencil, and a MagicRub NeverSmear vinyl eraser on the desk.

She looks up from her book, and says, "Before you can start over you need to fill out form Z-27-19944-k. Press hard because you're making three copies."

As you approach the desk you see that the receptionist is wearing a tee shirt with a slogan blazoned across the front: "Bureaucracy is Fun!"
