SilentPenguin and the brave donor, Cujo, share a tender moment before undergoing surgery.

Silent Penguin, Illogicopedia admin and mute, flightless bird, now has a voice.

He recieved his voice via a beastialivocalavandaloscopy, a surgery in which a canine's vocal cords are removed and placed inside a bird's throat. Penguin discreetly checked himself into the hospital last month, and held a press conference today; he is said to still be in recovery today.

Penguin is reported to have already created a new sock puppet on the site, BarkingPenguin. He will no longer be an admin at the site, as his new voice, and the figure he's built since the transplant, is likely to scare away newbies. BarkingPenguin, we wish you all the best!
