HelloolleH steps up:

To Microsoft
I am e-mailing you due to several problems that have emerged in my XP system since I purchased the latest upgrade.
1) My hard-drive has gone soft.
2) My screen has turned an annoying shade of blue.
3) My screen saver has become homo-erotic.
4) I have picked up various viruses associated with homo-erotic porn websites.
5) My mouse bit me.
6) Most importantly of all, my computer is neither Microwavable nor soft as your name suggests.

I would appreciate any tips or help you can offer on sorting these problems, otherwise I shall be forced to take up legal action.
