The kingdom of the Moonshoe Moogles, also known as the Crayon Kingdom, is a society of highly-advanced Poogles established in 1722. They are allied with the Hoodoos of the Sombrero Kingdom. The leader of the Moonshoe Moogles is King Blotto.

The Crayon Kingdom was established in 1722 after the Frusnecky War was won in 1720 and the Ricamplemeas Domain was broken up and Grand Master Overlord Ringiblearon was overthrown.
