It's something furries say. IDK, LOL. I think some furry said it to me one time, on Myspace Bebo Facebook Twitter. Yeah, I use whatever site I just said because I'm so cool. Anyway, he said it to me, and I think it means NO U. Because he said it in response to "OMG UR W33RD LOL GTFO", which I posted on his profile or whatever you crazy kids are calling it these days.

It's a pretty weird phrase. I also heard this guy scream it after I stabbed him. But his was more like a MMMYYYAAAARRRGGHH...
