OI

OI (Oh Aye) is a British comedy panel game television quiz show hosted by The Wigan Joker, and featuring permanent panellist David Alan. David is a permanent panelist because his britches were stapled to his chair by Joker, therefore rendering him still but not useless. During filming runners frequently top him up with cocktail sausages and Lancashire hotpot.

During the first series, Joker was attacked by celebrity panelist Harry Batt with silly string and heads off baby dolls. Alan was quoted to say "Good grief! I never knew that many dolls existed!". The attack was justified as Joker was responsible for ripping the doll's heads off. Harry took him to court, but lost the battle due to the judge classing it as "pointless time wasting, I could have been in Miami right now. But no! Your damn dolls are keeping me here! Oh, is that a G.I Joe doll? Can I buy it off you? My son has been looking for one for ages. He's 25."
