Prostrate cancer is a myoblastular form of instinct cancer cell mutations. The cause, excessive prostration, is well understood, but the disease's mechanism is believed to be composed of dark matter, and at present, is unobservable.
Muslims and Bahais are most affected by the disease due to the requirement of frequent prostrations in prayer, up to 5 times a day for a normal person.
