Sally and Sue
Sally and Sue are two girls who live next door to me. They are both addicted to laundry detergent and often break into my apartment to steal stuff in order to sell to get the money needed to buy even more laundry detergent. I have put new locks on all my doors and windows and yet they still seem to always be able to find a way in. I have talked to the landlord about the situation, but he is too busy watching television and eating pie to be bothered to look into it. I honestly don't know who else to turn to.
Often late at night I can hear them, digging through the walls using toothpicks. They usually give up shortly before dawn, but it still worries me. No matter how many steps I take to secure my privacy and safety, nothing seems to truly discourage them. I have bought and trained dogs to live in the apartment with me for the purpose of attacking intruders. I have installed thick sheets of metal in the walls to prevent them from drilling their way into my apartment while I am asleep. All of these tactics has so far proved to be useless.
I have considering setting fire to the apartment complex, but this is a rather extreme measure. Not only would this probably result in the deaths of many of the residents, it would definitely result in me having to find another place to live, and that is simply impossible on my current budget. I suppose that for the time being I must simply accept this unpleasant situation and try to not let it get to me. Or perhaps I could just set fire to one little section of the apartment complex. I'm sure one little fire couldn't do that much damage.
