A Squirple is a purple square. Although useless in every way, shape or form, Squirples are always created because they have a really funny name. Squirples are closely related to the red triangle (a.k.a "The Red Triangle").
Squirples give off a faint aroma similar to that of red wine grapes because they are also purple, and are by some observers noted to bear resemblance to cabbage.
Squirples also sound like cardboard boxes because they are also square.
