Stinky cold cheese soup is one of the most difficult dishes known to man. The ingredients are here:

  • 2kg of cheese that is 1 year old
  • 2 cabbages
  • 5 carrots
  • 70g butter

That's it. You don't heat it and eat it cold, or even frozen. A fine dish!

Origins[edit | edit source]

The Book of Recipes from Greater Dillydale, United Kingdom of America claims that the dish was invented at the local soup hut which specialised in soup made from the shivering carcasses of cold potatoes. A Liverpudlian man remarked to the waiter "I'm not such a fan of potatoes. Give me your stinkiest cold cheese soup instead." The chefs were forced to improvise, eventually throwing two kilograms of cheese into the pot in sheer dismay. The dish ended up being so delectable that most people in the restaurant had sampled it by the end of the night (except for the pianist, who kept making inappropriate remarks to the waiter and chasing him around with spirit fingers).
