To unlock Tony Hawk; defeat 100 enemies in Cruel Melee with the 25 characters. Then beat Classic Mode 100 times with each of the 25 characters. Then beat Tony Hawk to unlock him. Then beat Classic Mode with him to unlock Spencer Hawk. Then beat Classic Mode with Spencer Hawk to unlock Riley Hawk.

Unlock Sandbag

To unlock Sandbag; beat Classic Mode with Giga Bowser, Master Hand, Crazy Hand, and Dark Link. Then beat Sandbag to unlock him.

Unlock Dick Cheney

To unlock Dick Cheney, beat Classic Mode with the 25 characters on Very Hard 25 times. Then beat Adventure Mode in less than 12 minutes. Then win a VS. Mode match against a level 9 Mario. Then beat him to unlock him. He looks like an old man and he also has an umbrella.

Unlock Ed, Edd, and Eddy

To unlock Ed, Edd, and Eddy; beat Classic Mode, Adventure Mode, and Allstar Mode on Very Hard with Ice Climbers 20 times. Then turn the Gamecube off, and watch any Ed Edd N' Eddy episode. Then turn your Gamecube back on, and play a 88 stock VS. Mode battle and win. Then defeat Ed, Edd, and Eddy to unlock them. Then beat Classic Mode with them for a special surprise.

Unlock Your Backyard as a stage

To unlock Your Backyard as a stage, beat Classic Mode, Adventure Mode, and Allstar Mode on Very Hard 20 times with any character. Then go into your backyard, and write down what your backyard looks like and everything that is in it. Then tell your Gamecube everything about your backyard that is on the paper. The Gamecube will know what you're saying. Then play a VS. Mode match on Green Greens, and you will unlock Your Backyard as a stage!

Unlock Santa Claus

To unlock Santa Claus, beat Classic Mode with Mario on Very Hard 12 times. Then open the lid of the Gamecube, and take out the disk while the Gamecube is on. Then turn it off, and put in Super Smash Bros. Melee and turn the Gamecube back on. Then beat Adventure Mode and Allstar Mode on Very Hard with Mario 12 times. Then beat Santa Claus to unlock him. Then beat Classic Mode with Santa Claus to unlock Mrs. Claus; she is a pretty good character.

Unlock Shrek

you have 2 get 4 level nine computars. they are:green mario, Green luigi< Green samus, and green yoshi. you ave 2 put them in Yoshi's story (not old stage) and they have 2 die in this order:yoshi, luigi, mario. when shrek challenges you, you will be samus. he has the speed of bowser, and his attackes deal a lot of damage, so dont be caught unawares!

you can get hamtaro! you have to get 3 level four computars. they are: falco, captain falcon, and blood hawk (keep pressing Y on captain falcon until he has magenta clothes). then you have to be Luigi, Mario, or peach. battle for 3 minutes and you HAVE to win. when he wins, hamtaro will chalenge you. he is super fast, but his attacks do mild damage. vB is he burrows, then pops out when some one is above him, so dont take him for granted. he cannot be played in all-star

This cheat is actually a very easy one, first select roy,put him on hard and with 4 lives and beat classic mode, next you do the same thing with peach. then after you beat classic mode with her metal roy will challenge you, he is pretty hard but i'm sure if you're good enough you will beat him.

Unlock Password Mode

to get password mode to enter these codes above the sentence above me you have to get a total of 9,999,999ft. on homerun or beat classic mode with bowser normal 5 lives in less than 30min!

Unlock Boom

Pick blue kirby against mario link and pikachu on level 5 after you beat them (25 lives) it will say "you got "metanight's wrath" trophy" now go back to the character select screen and pick blue kirby choose final destination but hold a when the game loads and you should be metanight. once you beat the opponets again it will say "Metanight's wrath is over as he joins kirby's quest!" Now metanight is one of kirbys costumes. ( his moves are pretty much the same)

Unlock Zorbak and Twilly

To unlock Zorbak, play 666 versus mode matches(exactly!). Then, insert your disk into the computer, and play adventurequest: www.battleon.com Then, after getting to level 125, you will unlock Zorbak! He goes next to Pikachu. To unlock twilly, die 5000 times with zorbak.

Firs t you must unlock all the pokemon in the game, next you must beat classic,all-star, and adventure modes with them on every difficulty without continuing or losing a life. Next, go to pokemon stadium and chant the words,"hey you pikachu!" into a N64 game called Hey You Pikachu which costed $80 when it first came out,( japanese imported translated version only) and then use the special controller add-on to communicate with your game boy color (like the ones used for pokemon stadium) now that they are linked, turn your game boy's power on and off rapidly and scream AHAAHAHAHA into the microphone of the hey you pikachu game, you will then have the memory saved on your game boy, make sure that there is no games in this gameboy before all of this and get a game boy advance. Next use a GAME BOY COLOR cable link only to link the two gameboys and then they will just sit there and you need to switch both there powers on and off rapidly (like you're just trying to screw around) now you have the memory on your GBA and you must use the $15 link cable to hook it up to the game cube. Now turn on super smash brothers 8 times and hook up the GBA to it and go to the sound test, here you will find many sounds... go to sound 34 or 35 or something, the one that says, "PIKACHU" and use a turbo controller to play this sound effect over 1,000,000,008.5 times. Once you have done this you have "hacked" your game and not only have you unlocked ash ketchup but you also have access to unlock others such as goku, prof. oak, megaman, dr. robotnick, my hairy ass, a cheese doodle, and perfectly ultimate great moth (YU-GI-OH) by beating story mode countless times with ash ketchup.

Unlock Starwolf and Phantom Ganon

Unlock StarWolf finish all 3 1P Modes with Fox complete 150 melee matches you will than get a new item called the wolfclaw (sword/blast similar to the star rod). Go to the item select and choose only this weapon. Fight in the Corneria stage until you recieve wolfclaw. Very important while you have this weapon, the wolfen ship passes will not be able attack you. When it comes, jump on to it and ride it to the top of the screen; you will not die but will go into the credits mini-game at the end of any 1P game. Ride it through and you will have a fight with StarWolf, beat him and he is yours game play the speed of Fox the power of Fox, but not Fox special moves Wolf Blaster (chargable)-B Long range projectile Wolfen Shoot Kick Up+B Anti Air Counter; very fast Mercenary Explosion Down+B Reflects in Tapped; Heals if held. Unlock PhantomGanon Conditions: all characters and defeat GigaBowser Start a game of Adventure Mode with a Normal difficulty and do what is nessesary to fight GigaBowser. If you finish within 18 minutes you should face Ganondorf with 3 lifes in his stock. Defeat him within 5 minutes, then cinema will roll in which Ganondorf creates PhantomGanon and runs away. This will open up event match 52 where you will have to KO PhantomGanon with Zelda/Sheik order to unlock him as a playable character. Game play Actually very different from his living counterpart the only move they share in Common is the Warlock Punch/Warlock Stab but still Pg's version has so much more length to it, the two are have comparable versatilitly-wise. He has two projectiles, a teleport, and more speed and power than ould put in a 1000 horse power engine. Special Moves Warlock Stab+B Phantom dismount-forward+B Gerudo Blast-Down+B Painting Jump-Up+B.

Unlock Peter Griffin and 109 Spooner Street

In Japan (I'm visiting Japan, just on a college trip) I recently discovered there's a new SSBM cheat guide with new cheats. One of the cheats I found interesting was how to unlock Peter Griffin! I know this sounds completely fake, and I mean COMPLETELY, but it's real...but you can have your own opinion. But he's hilarious...here's how to get him. 1. Get all 292 trophies (only works on the Japansese version) 2. Beat all 100 event matches (have someone else tell you how to get the other 49, I used Game Shark) 3. Beat Classic, Adventure, Break the Targets, and All Star modes 1 & 2 with every character 4. If you do this, you will unlock the Peter Griffin Trophey. Then, kill atleast 30 wireframes in Cruel Melee. 5. It will say the usual "New Challenger" sign. 6. Beat him, and it will say: "Peter's powers of gas are now yours!" So you're wondering why it says that? His Up+B move is him farting and propelling himself upward! When the enemy comes in contact with the gas, he turns into a state similar to when a shield is broken, except he/she glows green, instead of red. Pretty gross, huh? Moves: B: Drinks a bottle of beer, recovers 1-5 damage, and then throws it at the enemy, which produces a moltov cocktail effect. Smash B: A long-ranged fart. Is chargable! Down+B: A butt-slam, similar to Bowser's. A: Punches. Smash A: Charges a hip-check. Down+A: Grounded: Charges a break-dancing move where he spins on his back. Airbourne: Comes down with a body-slam. Up+A: Grounded: Bounces on his stomach like a ball. Airbourne: Pushes his fat belly upward. Z+Left/Rig ht: Powerfully throws the guy by putting him over his head then tossing him. Z+Up: Does a one-handed throw upward, almost always a one-hit K.O. Z+Down: Jumps, throws the player at the ground, then body-slams him. Taunt: Facing right: Puts leg up the farts. Facing left: Transforms into a random thing: A sandwhich, a wishing troll, Britney Spears, Jean Charlotte, or on a rare occaisan, a T-Rex and tidal wave. You will also unlock 109 Spooner Street. It has a second floor, and you can see the other characters from Family Guy doing their usual things. You can also go outside, where many characters from Family Guy are walking along the sidewalk. You can get hit by cars, too! Have fun with Peter (if you ever get him)!

first you must beat classic adventure and allstar any difficulty any amount of lives. now beat the game with mario very hard one life (classic mode). after that shoot all of the credits collect all trophys have all other characters (other than the hand) and finnaly beat all of the event mtches(including the duo of master hand and the crazy left)once you beat both hands a new event match will come up beat it and then beat the target practice with all characters.allso you must get 1000 ft at least in home run contest then make sure you have completed all of that the hand will apear and yes his level is on very hard. make sure that on the last thing you do in the list above you use your best character!!!!!!!!!!! for if you lose then you must erase all data of the game on your memory card(s)and start over because there is no second try you do not have to erase the data if you do not want to try again!

First go to battlefield. then choose pickachu and another player in level 1 [which vever] then with pickachu use thunder where there is a circle on the bottom[ thats shadow] then keep hitting it until it gets destroyed. then finish put no contest[reset] then play battlefield againg and your pickachu and put metwo and grandefor in level six color blue [teams] and your red [pickachu] then win them then shadow will challege you then beat him then you play him.

Unlock Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta

unlok every caracter than beat classik advencher and all-star 5 times with each caracter than heve a vs. match with goku vs. goku 99 lives 99:99 minutes than ssj4 gogeta will challenge u he has a 1 hit ko move bbkamehameha

Unlock Ray 01

to get Ray 01 u have to get all the trophys and beat 1 player mode on very hard with all charecters, get at least 4112 yards in thr homerun contest with captain falcon beat all the event matches there are actually 200 and on the last event match he will challenge you he is super powerful but has a medium speed watch out for his dragon gun it does 50 damage

Unlock Dragonite

Beat Every Event, Target Test, Every1 in Classic Mode Very Hard, Every1 in Adventure Mode Very Hard, Every1 in AllStar Mode Very Hard Mewtwo has to have the best record on all of them. Pikachu has to have the worst record on all of them. Then Do HomeRun Contest with Mewtwo and hit the bag over 1000 feet. then u battle Dragonite, you have to WIN or start the game overand do everything over.

Unlock Spyro and his allies

To do this, have a Memory Card with a Spyro game saved, but nothing done. Now Spyro will be unlocked. Play Classic until you've faced every character except Giga Bowser. Now Hunter, Sparx, Sgt. Byrd, Blink, Sheila, Bently, and Moneybags will be unlock. Spyro will be next to Pichu, the others will be in a new row. But 2 characters would be missing...

Unlock Happy Monkey

first you go into vs.made and then you pick link as your character. after you do that you pick three cpu's that are all links but they have to be on level 9. you have to set the items on very high with the light sabor only. you have to defeat all of the links in less than a second. if you have done this correctley than you should have to battle happy mokey with link.

Unlock Crazy Hand

To unlock crazy hand you must beat event match 50 with every character in Super Smash Brothers melee really I got him and he is awsome!

Unlock Chuckie

In a battle pause the game and watch the Rugrats on TV for 25 minutes.

Unlock Baby Luigi

Details: Play as Fox and Ganondorth on classic mode and allstar 10 times on very hard. And then do 600 VS mode matchs. After that you unlocked the Morco Jet.

There is a crate that has the Morco Jet icon on it. Once you pick the crate up it will spawn a Morco Jet for you to fly for a short time to bombbard enemys.

This is the message you'll get once it is unlocked.

"Congrats you've unlocked the Morco Fast Attack Jet for fights! Now go kick some but like allways!"

kill a total of 10 enemys with any character to unlock a new form hold Z when choosing character to pick it.

beat links file (on classic very hard) 5 times than once in very hard adventure when you fight the first link he will be shadow link beat him than once you fight him at the end instead of bowswer you beat him than you unlock him. He is faster and stronger than norm link but slower with a sword
