I did not write this. I did not know about it until it was already created. I do know the author though :P And my opinion of this article -- Blah! Good grief... Wait, are people even allowed to create articles about other users? Horses4Ever 23:15, 27 Jumbly 2007 (UTC)

See here. Basically, we're not very restrictive as long as articles about users aren't spammed around and are in accordance with the rest of the rules.
