A simple, smaller counter for webpage articles and such, made by using animated gifs. Possible syntax: {{{1}}} specifies background color and {{{2}}} for counter alignment (left, center or right); default values are '#fff' (white) and 'center'. Third value may be used to alter border preferences (example: border: 3px groove #aaa), or be left as it is.
