"The Nickelodeon Tickle Short" was a 1995 experimental promo film made by Dr. Pepper. It consists of young kids rocking out to Japanese ska music while in tickle machines in Disneyland.

Many conspiracy theories exist on this "short", including one of grief on the feet. Others are more random and ridiculous instead. Damn!
The feathers[edit | edit source]
Feathers can cause ticklish bodies, but that's not the root causes for the short film.
