The solution for opioid addiction

Opioid addiction is a major problem in society today, opioids make you angry, crazy and just downright anti-social. Many solutions have been explored such as "support groups", lighting opioids on fire, lighting the addicts on fire, or some form of biological warfare. But I have a better solution for you and no it doesn't involve fancy intervention groups or bringing back the death penalty or public flogging it's simply this:
