See that there? You're not invited to that. No-sir-ree.

There's a Hole in the Sahara, and You're Not Invited is a horror novel by bestselling author Jargle Rivers. It's so scary, you'll pray to whatever deity you worship (atheists will probably end up praying to science) for mercy. It's so terrifying, you'll wet your socks. You can only find it at failing bookstores. If you see it in a bookstore that isn't failing, that means it's going to fail soon. It is also available on failing audiobook services.

Plot Synopsis[edit | edit source]

Oh, you want spoilers? Okay....

The book starts with an extremely loud gunshot (only the hardcover version). After that, a demon jumps out completely naked and challenges you to a chess match (only the paperback version). It is then sucked back into the book, although you have to squint to see all the words with the letter before d and after b (only the audiobook version). This also applies to articles about the book.

You know what? Screw this. Read it yourself. I'm tired.
