Look, I'm all for change and that, but after trialling this new front page for what seems like ages, I actually think I prefer the old, coloured version. Is anyone here in favour of leaving the header as is, but bringing back the coloured main columns? - Currently, I don't think so. Also, there's some weird redundant areas underneath each of the sections on my browser... dunno what that's about. -- Hindleyite 18:22, 10 Arche 2009 (UTC)
- Well, if it doesnt, we can create a template which uses parser functions to return the right colour, rather than a template for each one. Easy enough to do. so say {{colours|"lheader"}} would return the right colour for the context etc, assuming of course that the wiki is parsed before the html, so we see the colour in the right place in the doc, rather than a weird buggery --Silent PenguinLeave Me Alone 18:46, 11 Arche 2009 (UTC)
