Magna Carta v10: Alternative Fact Edition

This was inspired by the invention of a certain Stephen, who decided he'd write up a strange document concerning everyone's rights and freedoms, but particularly those of the king/queen/monarch/president/dictator/supreme leader/hamster of a country. Well, maybe not hamster. Guinea pig? Honestly.

But in recent years, it feels like nobody wants to know their freedoms or rights. All they want to know is tonight's TV schedule. We wanted to change this, because Stephen didn't. We have decided to create a new Magna Carta with post-truth blatant lies truth, so that anyone can understand it.

By the grace of the late what's-his-name, we ask that you do not have any more stupid referendums (is that the plural?) concerning the status of the monarchy, because it aggravates us greatly that you don't want to see the rest of us and would rather see your elected President on the currency and stamps.
