To no someone means to shout a negative exclamation very loudly in their face. For example:

Person 1: Does cow moon?
Person 2: No!

Person 1 just got noed by Person 2. It even works for robots that appear in early sixties science fiction themed sitcom television shows named after the experience of being dislocated in the cosmos!

Will Robinson: Did you kill Dr. Phil for me yet like I asked you to?
Robot: No!

Will Robinson just got noed.

Robot: I mean negative! Negative!
