Hermit

Hermit is the hillbilly cousin of TV personality and secret informant Kermit (the frog). Hermit's 14 minutes and 34.7 seconds of fame came about the summer before you were born. Hermit has few friends because he follows people around talking incessantly until their ear drums wake up and chase him off. Hermit can now be found doing nothing in particular which is good for him because he's pretty much a waste of premium space.

In fact , he can be found in the incinerator in the sky that all hand puppets have to visit at one point or another.
