Hippopotamus

During the government shutdown, hippos had to find alternate means of transportation.

The hippopotamus is a creature created by the government in 1943 for people to focus on how weird it was instead of committing crimes. It didn't work, because everyone just went insane and murdered each other, in a desperate plea to get the population back, the government created what are now called baby boomers, by injecting pregnant woman with a serum that causes them to have a brazillion children.
