The Celestial Pirates 2 Captain Rant and the Waterspout

This is the second file in Celestial Pirates Part 2. This file exists because the first one was turning into a hyperhog and there were concerns about server bogdown and stuff.

However, you didn't get here by a socially acceptable method; you apparently crashed in through a wall rather than using the front door.

This is not a stand alone entity. If you complete the sequence (like in win the game, y'know?) in Celestial Pirates parts 1 and 2, you'll get into this file in an orderly fashion and end up somewhere more useful than this annoying message.
