You give Myra the packet, which she promptly downs in one go...well, 1½ goes if you're counting the 10 minutes she spent convulsing in an epileptic shock on the floor. It seems to have worked; Myra is returning once again to sanity. Stretching out her arms she says:

"Aaaaah, Much better. I love the taste of placebos in the morning. Thank you my darling intern, you may have a lick of my elbow if you so wish."

Well, okay, it had worked for the most part at least. You pocket some of Myra's paperclips and elastic bands on your way back to Asema's desk.
