Meep

The Meep was the founding document of the United States of America for several days, before the Constitution was written. While the constitution was a seven or eight page document, the Meep was only a few words. This is how it went:

We hold these Truths to be ſelf-evident:
Meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep...
meep.

That was the entire thing. Under the Meep, society ran very smoothly. Some people say the Meep should be resurrected as a founding document, or at the very least a "meep amendment" should be added to the Constitution, which would randomly add the word "meep" throughout the document, like this:

"We the People of the Meep States, in order to form a more meep Union, establish Meep, insure domestic meep, meep for the common meep, promote the general Meepfare, and secure the Meeps of Meepity to ourselves and our Meeps, do ordain and meep this Conſtitution for the United States of Meep."

And ſo forth.

The Meepist philosophy argues that the use of the word "meep" in a founding document is the only way to ensure that your culture will be a utopia. The theory is that everyone in America would be so compelled by the word "meep" that they'd forget to commit crimes and otherwise screw everything up. Personally, I'm too meeped to meep about any meeps that meep such meep meeps.
