The Shmao Zowdong Gulag is a place that normal citizens go to if Rancid Milk is detected on their person. Not much is known about the Shmao Zowdong Gulag as most people who are unfortunate enough to be sent there, perish within (on average) 2 weeks, due to the hard labour.
