Samuel was a very unusual puppy.

Once upon a time, there was a cute little puppy by the name of Samuel. He was owned by a very caring old lady named Esther. Every day, she would feed him well, buy him nice things and lavish upon him all the love and attention that she could give. Yet, no matter what she did or how loving, tender and caring she was, she could not seem to alleviate him from appearing stoical, jaded and depressed.
