Albania was dreamed up in 998 BC by Chris Guestworthy who believed that there is too little Russia and not enough Africa. He set up a Russian colony in Africa which later became Escametuliminia in northern West Asia of the meriturnians. 27'60 N later and we're not having enough settlements.
