Weed bond
Originally found in the book "Dune" by Herb Alpert, the term "weed bond" refers to a debt of stoned consciousness by one Arakeen to another. Late in the book, Reverend Mother Gaius Helen Mohaim says "my weed is my bond". Everyone knows Paul Atreides is a regular consumer of sativa.
As their Polo shirts began to tatter furiously, the crabs… those horrible little crustaceans with the strangely simian faces, bit at their legs, seemingly acting out some incomprehensible form of table manners as they tucked in to the by now frightened packs of surfers, college douche bags, working class asswipes... a little of everything for everybody. They all began to coalesce as a small force of Nature, moving as one away from the exploded cartons which had formerly held the little beasts from some dim stars's dimmer planet.
They ate anything. Anything at all. Born in hydrocarbon soups some billions of years ago...
