Why?:NOT make a featured article

Ok, so you've got this great idea for an article, and you think it could be featured, so you head over to VFH to self-nom your own article. Actually, you SHOULDN'T make a featured article, cause:

it might suck

What if you write an article on magnetic trousers? No body likes magnetic trousers. Or what if you write a article on something that obviously could never ever, evar, EVER, exist! Then you look like a really big IDIOT!!!!! You don't wanna make a fool of your self, do you? Of course you don't! If you do, do I have something for you.

Everybody knows you

If you write a featured article, everyone will know who you are. You might even have new privileges. But that comes at a cost. If you write one featured article, even one, EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHO YOU ARE. Scary, huh? Everyone, in the Illogicopedia community will know you. You'll be hated. Why? Cause your known. Everyone hates known people. Why do you think known people get death threats all the time? Well, you probably won't get any, probably just some deletion threats. But still, pretty scary, huh?

You might become an admin

If you write enough, and are a good person, you'll become a.. A.. A... Admin.

This article is burly men unfolding umbrellas.   Maybe you should help it on its way.
