A steel duck does all the time is ban ban ban! That's how it earned the nickname Gargling Lightbulb of Spoons and Moose Appreciation and became a he because it suddenly became alive after a sploding.

Well earned label.
He doesnt ban as much as a barrage of everlasting horses springing forth from under your keyboard but he still bans.
