8 year old boy Shirko Shimti Sahlo from Tokyo reportedly was playing a round of bowling on WiiSports right before getting an urge to eat. Tacos were not nearby and the boy swallowed the Wii and suffered thumb explosion. He is now undergoing treatment for severe thumb injury.
