4chan Induced Strain Disorder is a condition caused by repetitive usage of 4chan. It happens in frequent users of 4chan, and basically because they type in the same few things all day.

Most people on 4chan have no opinion and are the human equivalent of robots. They are programmed to respond to every thread that is posted with "MOAR", "lulz" and whatever the newest meme is. Because of this, they will sit for many hours doing this. Eventually, their hands will lock into a deformed typing position leaving them with nothing more than a claw.
