Arctica is a large continent roughly to the south of Shen Kua, to the east of Europa Universalis II, and to the west of Zax the Alien Hunter. It has hated Antarctica ever since the World Brain managed to become a Fish. What, then, is Scrooge McDuck? Perhaps the hydrogen holds the answer.
