MEMO: Ladies, the massive bans i made a few days ago covers a large area of the ip address space, they do not ban account creation or editing under a username, the upside is, it has slowed down this brainless moron. the downside is that you admins are now setting bans dangerous to other users or pointless.
The entire range of 114.74.0.0 thru to 114.75.255.255 is banned from editing for three months.
Please note that this ip range is assosiated with an ISP who allocates their ip's based on page loads therefore banning a user also in this range may, will, and has already affected other users. Please use extreme caution using the "account creation" and "subsiquent ip's" bans on this ip range.
If you have set any bans for users on this ip range on a user please disable the second option. Do not set bans on a specific ip in this range since they are non-effective (rangeblock will take priority) and dynamic regardless so will impact other users. --Silent PenguinLeave Me Alone 17:25, 29 Yoon 2009 (UTC)
