What do we all think of the new Monaco skin that's coming into effect pretty soon? I hated it at first but after testing it, it isn't as bad as I thought. It doesn't cut into our formatting too much and at least the main page spans the whole width of the screen. Having said that, I'm not a fan of the new logo and the top banner it more obtrusive. I still prefer good ol' Monobook. - Well I want to keep Monobook but apparently there's nothing we can do about it save adjusting personal prefs and css, from what I can gather. - NEVAR! Actually, I dunno. I see we see what happens, before w go all purist. Then we can rightfully complain about the change, and reminisce about the good old days. - Heh, seriously though I hate losing out to Wikia again but we've just got to grin and bear it cos they pay our hosting fees. Probably the best way around it is to knock up a decent Monaco skin but encourage users to set their preferences to Monobook.
