Forum:The mad lib templates

Something I noticed recently - the noun, verb etc. templates are acting weird. Whenever they're placed onto a page they go mental: see here for an example. They've always been prone to going a bit strange but now I think they're just broken. -- Hindleyak Converse • ?blog • Click here! 09:28, 8 Aym 2008 (UTC)
- I know what's going on, due to the way that the templates are formatted, they seem to start a new line and in some cases a space after (or maybe before) each use of it, which - in wiki formatting - states a code area, which is those big grey boxes.: Ya'll have to probably go through all the templates and remove all the newlines and stuffs (although I'm just guessing here really...) -- 09:46, 8 Aym 2008 (UTC)
- I remember fixing some formatting errors months ago, but this time I couldn't find any. And now (at time of writing) it suddenly works again. Someone at Uncyc offered the following explanation in a discussion there on the errors caused by some signatures: "Wikia fucked up again - don't worry about it. Anything with the <choose> tag is now screwed over for the next while." --Fluffalizer 12:14, 8 Aym 2008 (UTC)
- Oh, Wikia? Well that explains a lot... :) -- Hindleyak Converse • ?blog • Click here! 12:04, 12 Aym 2008 (UTC)
