The Celestial Pirates Captain Rant and the Waterspout

(Outside saloon)

You have just arrived in town, on the morning train. You undoubtedly had a good reason for coming here, but now that you've seen the town you're no longer sure what that reason might have been. You have no money, nor anything else aside from the clothes you're standing up in.

You are standing in the road in front of a saloon. The road is dirt, with ruts running north and south and off into the ditches and pretty much wherever they feel like running. It's raining dust.

What would you like to do?

• Go into the saloon

• Head north

 You've heard there's a desert north of town.

• Head south toward the harbor

• Dig a hole in the road

• Stop those ruts from their running

• Follow the ruts, see where they're running off to

• Raise your umbrella
