Pennywise is a happy-go-lucky clown with a jolly good habit of harrassing little kids and devouring their flesh. Of course, he doesnt cook them, that would ruin it. Pennywise is also known as It, but that hurts his feelings. He makes balloon animals, but he gives them to adults, which are no fun and just pop them.
