Changi Airport has a rating system, and theirs are usually pretty clean.

Seriously, everyone there has a college diploma, and the city is surrounded by a land entirely populated by tabby cats? Do you really believe that? Hah! Kissinger invented it out of whole cloth during the Vietnam War. (So no wonder they have clean bathrooms there. It's easy to stay clean if you don't actually exist.)
