Talk:Facts Not Not In Evidence

I'd lean towards is not. What is is probably questioning whether is or is not, because it's bound to be to someone. At the most damage done, somebody ends up with shattered preassumptions, and at the best, someone falls into the mind trap of trying to figure out if is or isn't (as happened to me).
