I did a quick search, and it turns out there's another mention of this "song" here. Nothing on YouTube though. Sylvester Gold is a Fruity Little Fairy! 13:37, 13 Arply 2021 (UTC)
- There's nothing about them whatsoever on Discogs either, which just shows how obscure/possibly fictional they must have been. Bonkeyballs (talk) 13:58, 3 Aym 2021 (UTC)
- Discogs doesn't have the dumb songs I wrote for clarinet and the one I wrote for piano in high school either. My opinion is that it is just an unreliable site. CG098 (talk ☼ contribs) 14:15, 3 Aym 2021 (UTC)
- *raises hand* if you can't find it on discogs, it's either that rare or it doesn't exist. i have a copy of "the carowinds song". dunno exactly how rare it is, but i haven't heard of/seen any other existing copies. i plan on adding it to the database.

- That's cool. :) Did you do a sort of band/orchestra? they played it at the carowinds amusement park, i think they re-started doing that a while ago. you can listen to it here, it gives me a merry-go-round song vibe

- Yeah, I was in band. I came up with that one the summer before my junior year, so I guesstimated a hundred from the number of people in band my senior year plus the freshmen from my senior year. I don't know very much about the Carolinas, so sorry for my stupid question. At least that song is on YouTube, so it's easy to prove it existed. YouTube is good for that kind of stuff. In fact, YouTube was used to prove that "Friday" was actually a Bob Dylan cover. CG098 (talk ☼ contribs) 13:10, 4 Aym 2021 (UTC)
- Were both the clarinet and piano songs performed in band? disregard the piano portion of the question actually, pfft. and don't worry about the whole carowinds thing. also, i gave "friday" a listen and oh my gosh you're right, i didn't even know.
